The further development of the Variabase offers even more flexibility and accuracy and enables maximum fine adjustment of the gap size. Due to the compact design, installation in the punching station is just as easy as with a normal counter-punching cylinder. No adjustments are required on the punching unit.

Absolutely precise and easy to use

The gap size can be precisely adjusted in 0.5 micrometer steps. The setting is carried out with one movement absolutely synchronously on the drive and operator side, so that parallelism is always guaranteed. The standard setting range is ± 0.03 mm, although individual setting ranges are also possible on request.
