MOMM DDS
The MOM is a motorized flexo plate mounter. This means the HD cameras move automatically to the exact mounting position and the rotational movement of the cylinder is directly driven. The unique features of the MOM DDS are the pressure roller and vertically moving cylinder which allows for a fixed height mounting position.

1 Automatic moving camera The HD cameras automatically move to the exact mounting position. |
2 Overlay System (patented) Once the first plate is on the right position, a snapshot can be taken and used semi-transparently for the next plates. |

3 Motorized cylinder rotation The cylinder is positioned at a fixed height and rotates using the foot pedal. |
4 Laser pointers Indicators of where the mounting marks are located for easily placing the plates. |

5 Quality report After mounting each plate, the machine takes a snapshot of the mounting marks and generates a pdf quality report. |
6 Digital calibration system The camera images are used to create a lookup table to digitally ‘straighten’ any deviations in the camera beam. |
