Rotary dies can be produced with almost any knife height and cutting profile. That is why they are particularly suitable for thick and solid materials such as PVC films and cardboard.The punching tools, which are individually manufactured on the most modern machines, can be supplied in various quality levels.
ALPHA: The high-quality tool made from pre-hardened tool steel. Suitable for punching in and through even demanding materials in small to medium-sized runs.
EVO: Manufactured from pre-tempered, additionally hardened tool steel for higher performance. Suitable for punching in and through even demanding materials with medium-sized to large editions.
ULTRA: Our proven top tool, hardened to 60 HRC. For punching and punching through large editions, for all paper, foil, cardboard and composite materials.
ULTRA plus: Our premium tool made of special steel is hardened to 62 HRC. For punching and punching through large editions, for all paper, foil, cardboard and composite materials, especially for highly abrasive materials.
